Your first appointment will be relaxed and informative. We discuss your previous dental experiences and conduct a thorough examination. We like to learn about you so that we can provide care that is a real contribution to the quality of your life. There is plenty of time to ask questions and discuss your treatment options, whether health-related, cosmetic or both. Together, we will formulate a treatment plan and only proceed when you are happy.

We believe in a team approach, and each member of our team is dedicated to patient care, comfort and knowledge. We work hard to listen to your needs, respond to your concerns and provide for your comfort and safety every time that you visit us. The important thing to note is that treatment progresses at your own pace so that it is comfortably within your own timetable and budget.

I honestly can't recommend this practice and my dentist (Dr. Samir Patel) enough. I first came here in February 2025 with the worst toothache I've ever experienced and, on top of that a genuine fear of the dentist. It turned out I needed a dental implant, which was the last thing I wanted to hear. BUT from day one my dentist and the nurse were so kind, patient and reassuring and made me feel so much better about everything. They completely changed my experience of going to the dentist. Every appointment I felt genuinely looked after, listened to and like I was in safe hands. What I thought was going to be a really traumatic experience ended up being anything but. They always took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable and never made me feel rushed or judged. I'm so happy with the final result and you would never know it wasn't my own tooth. I never thought I'd say this but I genuinely don't dread going to the dentist anymore and that's entirely down to the amazing care I've received. Thank you so much to the whole team. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Dr Samir Patel obviously having an extraction isn’t great but he was very professional and I hardly felt a thing! Both he and his assistant Kelly were very friendly and helped to keep me calm. Five days on gum is healing well.
