GDC NO. 278795

Dr Jed Lee is a specialist orthodontist who treats children, teenagers and adults. His approach combines healthy, functional and aesthetic results with close attention to how treatment feels: taking time to listen, explaining each step clearly, and making sure every patient feels informed and comfortable from the first appointment to the last.

He qualified in dentistry at Queen Mary University of London in 2018 and undertook further training in paediatric dentistry at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals, oral and maxillofacial surgery at Queen's Hospital, Romford, and special care dentistry at Bromley Healthcare.

He completed his three-year specialist orthodontic training at the Eastman Dental Hospital (University College London Hospitals), followed by a further year of higher specialty training at the University of Bristol Dental Hospital, where he treated complex, multidisciplinary and surgical orthodontic and orthognathic cases. He holds the Fellowship in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Lee has an interest in research and education. He has published in the Journal of Orthodontics, European Archives of Paediatric Dentistry and the British Dental Journal, and has presented his work at national and international conferences. As an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Bristol Dental School, he taught, supervised and examined the next generation of dentists, and he continues to mentor orthodontists-in-training preparing for their specialist examinations.

Getting started

Every patient begins with a consultation, where Dr Lee will examine your teeth and jaws, discuss what you would like to change, and set out the options with their benefits, risks and likely timescales. There is no obligation to go ahead, and you are welcome to take the treatment plan away and think it over.
